I've re-instated the dormant teamspeak server.
195.242.236.107:4005 is the address
and the password is: ea5d2f1c (original i know)
It will host up to ten players which should be enough.

We now have CSS match server to call our very own. It's paid up until september so let's try and use it.
The server ip is:85.234.148.7:27055
Please bare with my whilst i fine tune it, but as it stands it's good to go.

1st time builder of a media center |

Please bare with me as i blog the account of my first media centre build. I have built gaming pc's before but now i want a media centre for the living room.
The parts i have available to me at the moment are my old AM2 system, an old laptop with a working screen, a couple of harddrives.
I may build a custom case, though my wood working skillz are on a par with my astronaut skillz, or buy a shuttle case from ebay.
Now i do have some electrical experience because at one time i worked/trained as an electrical engineer for Martin Dawes. One of the many jobs i have held in the past.
I have a rough idea in what i want it to look like. A box with the liberated screen from the lap top sitting on top at a slopping angle, for easy viewing of track in formation or film selection.
Depending on the case i may also make an amp for the centre, though i think 5in1 could be handled from the media centre.
That's my idea for my next project i will update as soon as i start to move on it.
